ABOUT US

OUR VISION

Because all people deserve equal access to individual safety,
security, and opportunity which the civil legal system exists to
protect; it is the vision of the Montana Justice Foundation to make
justice accessible to all Montanans.
OUR
MISSION

The Montana Justice
Foundation funds and supports organizations committed to ensuring
that all Montanans, especially the vulnerable and underserved, have
meaningful access to the civil justice system.
WHO WE ARE

Service and commitment to a
just society is a responsibility we all share. Attorneys provide
society with a valuable service by devoting their lives to the study
and practice of the law. Recognizing that attorneys earn their
living from the legal system, the Montana Justice Foundation
provides a way for them to give something back.
The Montana Justice Foundation is a charitable, non-profit
organization that provides ways for attorneys to give back to their
profession and better the world around them. Founded in 1979, the
Montana Justice Foundation is the charitable arm of the Montana
legal community.
