With Your Help, We Can Do More.

Your contribution to the Montana Justice Foundation supports projects that help people stay housed, receive medical care, escape abuse and violence, and rebuild their lives.

Ways to Give

Become a sustaining member.

Sustaining members provide Montana Justice Foundation with a dependable base of revenue used to sustain grant programming. By donating monthly or annually totaling $250 or more, sustaining members can proudly display a website badge to advertise their commitment to access to justice. Sustainers do not receive renewal notices in the mail to save resources and ensure more funding goes to grantees.

Honor or Memorialize a Friend, Family, or Colleague.

The Montana Justice Foundation will notify the honored person or a close family member or friend with a personal letter acknowledging the gift.

Give a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD).

Donors can gift funds from an IRA (other than a SEP or SIMPLE IRA). Because the gift goes directly to us without passing through your hands, the dollar amount of the gift may be excluded from your taxable income up to a maximum of $100,000 annually, with some exceptions. Please consult your tax advisor for information regarding your specific exceptions.

Include MJF in Your Estate Plan.

Giving from your estate creates a legacy to access to justice. Talk with your attorney about the different ways you can include the Montana Justice Foundation in your estate planning.
